The Kasson-Mantorville Framework for Effective Teaching is based on these four domains:
The setting of your professional growth goals will be done with your administrator if you are in year 1 or probationary staff; and for staff in years 2 & 3 this is done with your Teaching and Learning Coach. All observations, peer observation forms & reflections are due by the end of the school year. The purpose or intent is to provide job-embedded coaching year-round to help you be the best you can be!
