We are a school district of 2000+ students and growing, located in the beautiful town of Kasson, MN.

Please complete ONE copy of each of these forms per family:  
Family Form and McKinney-Vento Questionnaire

If you reside outside of district boundaries, please fill out the Open Enrollment Form

After the start of the current school year, if a family/student moves to a different school district, but want to continue their enrollment at K-M, resident districts request that the Non-Resident Tuition Agreement form be completed as well as the Open Enrollment Form.

Then, complete these enrollment forms for EACH student:

Minnesota Language Survey Form

Items helpful to have for enrollment:

• Previous school information (school name, address, phone)
• Report card/transcript
• If receiving special education services, bring a copy of current IEP
• Proof of residence such as a utility bill
