Professional Growth Goal Forms & Resources 

The Kasson-Mantorville School District is committed to providing the best educational program for its students. To this end, it supports a professional appraisal system that focuses on excellence. The system is based on teachers, coaches and administrators working together in the process of continual improvement of teaching and learning! 
The Kasson-Mantorville Framework for Effective Teaching is based on these four domains:
1. Planning
2. Environment
3. Instruction
4. Professionalism

The setting of your professional growth goals will be done with your administrator if you are in year 1 or probationary staff; and for staff in years 2 & 3  this is done with your Teaching and Learning Coach. All observations, peer observation forms & reflections are due by the end of the school year. The purpose or intent is to provide job-embedded coaching year-round to help you be the best you can be!
